helpful staff convenient location kitchen facilities dated decor worn furniture poor soundproofing

the staff was helpful . i received quick responses to my texts regarding check-in and other requests, it was convenient. the location is great, it is near major transit stations and attractions. the room had some useful kitchen facilities, like the induction hob.

The room decor seemed dated. the furniture was worn, some chairs had scratches and marks. the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear noise from outside and adjacent rooms. there were no cooking implements available without request.

superb stay

clean room cozy bed friendly staff convenient subway

i was happy with my room. it was clean. the bed felt cozy. everything was perfect. the staff was very friendly (i liked their smiles!). i arrived a bit early before check-in, but my room was ready, and they let me check in early. the subway station is just around the corner from the hotel. it has everything you need.

The room wasn't cleaned to perfection. I found a spot on the carpet, but it was very minor.

room upgrade apartment style jacuzzi pool sunken mattress noisy bed thin towel

i appreciated the room upgrade i got. it was an apartment style room. the room was big and modern. i also liked the hour in the jacuzzi pool.

the mattress sank in the middle. the bed was noisy when i sat on it. the towels were paper thin and some had holes.

The location was fantastic. It's close to everything i needed. my room felt huge. it had a kitchen, a living room, and a very nice bedroom area. the staff were very kind to me too.

the room had a washing machine. there was also a dryer, a good help for longer stays. location is great to downtown. the room was big and very clean.

check in was a little slow when i arrived.
